Lionel Keith Murphy (1922 to 1986) was an Australian politician, barrister and judge who served as a Senator for New South Wales and Attorney-General under Gough Whitlam before his appointment to the High Court of Australia in 1975. As Attorney-General his legislative reforms included the Family Law Act 1975, which established no-fault divorce in Australia and created the Family Court of Australia.
