Laurence Vichnievsky, born February 5, 1955, is a French magistrate and politician who has served as a member of the Constitutional Council since March 8, 2025. She worked as a judge in Colombes from 1979 and later in Paris, where she was an investigating magistrate alongside Eva Joly in the Elf affair and the Taiwan frigates case, and she represented Puy-de-Dome's third constituency in the National Assembly from 2017 to 2024.
