Konrad Jan Marciniak is a Polish jurist who has served as a judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2023. He directed the Treaty and Legal Department of Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2019 to 2023 and served as vice-president of the bureau of the intergovernmental conference on marine biodiversity beyond national jurisdiction. He also teaches at the World Maritime University, with scholarship on marine genetic resources and ocean governance.
