Sir Kenneth Sydney Jacobs (1917 to 2015) was an Australian jurist who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1974 to 1979, selected by Prime Minister Gough Whitlam and Attorney-General Lionel Murphy. He was the first High Court justice appointed by a Labor government since William Webb in 1946, and before his appointment he had been President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal from 1972 to 1974.
