Kenneth Madison Hayne (born 1945) is an Australian jurist who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1997 to 2015. His most notable public role after leaving the court was leading the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry, which delivered its report in February 2019.
