Katerina Simackova is a Czech judge born in 1966 who served on the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic from 2013. She was elected the Czech Republic's judge at the European Court of Human Rights on 28 September 2021 and took up the post in Strasbourg on 13 December 2021; she was awarded the French Legion of Honour in 2021 for her contributions to promoting human rights.
