Karl Ulfsson, also called Karl Ulfsson Sparre av Tofta, was a Swedish magnate and Lord High Constable of Sweden, born around 1317 and dead by 1407 to 1411. Son of Ulf Abjornsson of Engso, justiciar of Tiohard, he was knighted between 1354 and 1358 and sat on the Swedish High Council from at least 1356. He served as Lawspeaker of Uppland from no later than 1362 and as Lord High Constable of Sweden, riksmarsk, from 1364 to 1371, later serving as castellan of Viborg in the 1380s and 1390s. His daughter Margareta Karlsdotter was the mother of King Karl Knutsson and an ancestor of the regents Sten Sture the Elder and Gustav Vasa.
