Karl Friedrich Eichhorn (20 November 1781 to 4 July 1854) was a German jurist and legal historian. He held law professorships at Frankfurt an der Oder, the University of Berlin, and the University of Gottingen, and served as a member of the Prussian Supreme Tribunal. Regarded as a principal authority on German constitutional law, he wrote Deutsche Staats- und Rechtsgeschichte and, together with Friedrich Carl von Savigny and Johann Friedrich Ludwig Goschen, founded the Zeitschrift fur geschichtliche Rechtswissenschaft, the journal of the German Historical School of law.
