Juan Carlos Henao Perez was born on December 6, 1959 and died on January 2, 2024. He was a Colombian lawyer and jurist who served as president of the Constitutional Court from 2009 to 2010, and was part of the team that reached the Colombian peace agreement. He died in Bogota at the age of 64.
