Sir John Greig Latham (1877 to 1964) was an Australian lawyer and politician who served as the fifth Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1935 to 1952. He had earlier been Attorney-General under Prime Ministers Stanley Bruce and Joseph Lyons and served as Leader of the Opposition from 1929 to 1931 as the last leader of the Nationalist Party.
