John James Park (1795 to 1833) was an English jurist and antiquarian who was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1815 and called to the bar in 1822. He wrote the influential Treatise on the Law of Dower in 1819, became known for a historical approach to legal scholarship, opposed contemporary efforts to codify English law, and in 1831 was appointed to teach English law and jurisprudence at King's College, London, a post he held until his death two years later.
