Jesús Zueco Ruiz, who lived from March 10, 1946 to June 18, 2025, was a Spanish lawyer and politician from Zaragoza, Aragon. A graduate in law from the University of Zaragoza, he worked as a State Lawyer before founding his own firm, Ruiz Soriano-Zueco Abogados, and taught legal practice at the National University of Distance Education and the University of La Rioja. He served as an arbitrator on the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration, and represented La Rioja in its regional parliament across two terms, from 1983 to 1987 with the People's Alliance and from 1987 to 1991 with the People's Party, while also serving as the party's regional secretary general and a member of La Rioja's Consultative Council.
