Jacob Abraham Jeremy de Villiers (14 December 1868 to 16 September 1932) was a South African judge who served as the fourth Chief Justice of South Africa from 1929 until his death in 1932. He was a judge of the Appellate Division from 1920 to 1932 before his appointment as Chief Justice, and earlier held the posts of Attorney General of the Orange Free State and of Attorney General and Minister of Mines in the Transvaal Colony, as well as Judge President of the Transvaal Provincial Division. He died in London, England, where he had traveled for medical treatment.
