Ivor Jennings (1903-1965) was a British lawyer and academic recognized as an authority on constitutional law who wrote a widely used study of the British constitution and advised on the drafting of new constitutions for Ceylon, Pakistan, and, through the Reid Commission, Malaysia, as well as on constitutional questions in Nepal.
