Iona Timofeievich Nikitchenko (1895 to 1967) was a Soviet judge who served on the Supreme Court of the Soviet Union from 1938 to 1951 and represented the Soviet Union as a judge on the International Military Tribunal at the Nuremberg trials. He was one of three main drafters of the London Charter that established the rules for the trial, and he presided over the tribunal session held in Berlin. Before Nuremberg he had presided over Soviet show trials during the Great Purges, including the trial that sentenced Lev Kamenev and Grigory Zinoviev.
