Ioaniky Alekseyevich Malinovsky (1868-1932) was a Ukrainian jurist and legal historian active in the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. A full member of the All-Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, he held professorships at universities in Tomsk, Warsaw and Rostov-on-Don and specialized in the history of criminal law, Siberian history and Soviet penal systems. He was imprisoned during the Soviet era and was posthumously rehabilitated in 1992.
