Ibn al-Azraq (born 1427) was a Muslim jurist from Malaga in Al-Andalus. Educated in law in Malaga and Granada, he served as a judge in Guadix and Malaga before becoming Supreme Judge of Granada under Sultan Abu al-Hasan. He wrote a treatise on statecraft engaging with the work of Ibn Khaldun, was sent as an envoy to Mamluk Egypt in 1487 seeking help for Granada against the Spanish offensive, and ended his life as a judge in Jerusalem, where he died in 1491.
