Ibn Abd al-Barr, in full Yusuf ibn Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Barr, was an eleventh-century Maliki scholar and Athari theologian who served as the Qadi, or judge, of Lisbon. Active chiefly in al-Andalus, particularly Cordoba and Lisbon, he died in 1071 at the age of ninety-three.
