Ian David Francis Callinan (born 1937) is a former Justice of the High Court of Australia who served from 1998 to 2007. He wrote the longest judgment in the court's history, roughly 55,000 words across 165 pages, in the WorkChoices constitutional case, and after retiring conducted major government inquiries and served as a mediator in significant disputes.
