Hugo Aguilar Ortiz was born on April 1, 1973 and is a Mexican lawyer of Mixtec heritage. A native of the state of Oaxaca, he became President of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation following the 2025 Mexican judicial elections held on June 1, 2025.
