Sir Hugh Anthony Rawlins is a jurist from Saint Kitts and Nevis, born on Nevis, who served as Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from 2008 to 2012, succeeding Brian Alleyne. He had previously served as a High Court judge of the court from 2005, hearing cases from Saint Kitts and Nevis, and earlier as Solicitor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis from 1989 to 1995 and as a magistrate there. As Chief Justice he was the supreme judicial officer of the courts of Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
