Horacio Daniel Rosatti is an Argentine jurist who has served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Argentina since October 1, 2021. Born August 11, 1956, in Santa Fe, he holds a law degree from the National University of the Littoral and a doctorate in history from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and served as mayor of Santa Fe from 1995 to 1999 and as Argentina Minister of Justice under President Nestor Kirchner from 2004 to 2005. He joined the Supreme Court as a justice on June 29, 2016, after nomination by President Mauricio Macri, and was elected by fellow justices to the court presidency in September 2021, succeeding Carlos Rosenkrantz.
