Hilary Christiane Mary Charlesworth was born on February 28, 1955 and is an Australian international lawyer who has been a judge of the International Court of Justice since November 5, 2021. She is Harrison Moore Professor of Law and Melbourne Laureate Professor at the University of Melbourne, and Distinguished Professor at the Australian National University.
