Hilario Gelbolingo Davide Jr., born 1935 in Argao, Cebu, is a Filipino jurist who served as the twentieth Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from 1998 to 2005, after serving as an associate justice from 1991. As Chief Justice he administered the oath of office to Vice President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo during the 2001 succession crisis, and he had earlier served on the 1986 Constitutional Commission.
