Haykel Ben Mahfoudh is a Tunisian jurist who has served as a judge of the International Criminal Court since March 2024, nominated by Tunisia and appointed by the Assembly of States Parties. Born on 24 September 1971, he built a career as a jurist and international judge before his ICC appointment.
