Henry Bournes Higgins (1851 to 1929) was an Australian lawyer, politician and judge who served on the High Court of Australia from 1906 until his death, after briefly holding the position of Attorney-General in 1904. He is best remembered for the 1907 Harvester Judgement, which established the legal requirement for a living wage in Australia and shaped the country's economic policy for decades.
