Gustavo Zagrebelsky, born 1 June 1943 in San Germano Chisone, is an Italian judge and constitutionalist. He was appointed to the Constitutional Court of Italy by the President of Italy on 9 September 1995, took office four days later, and served as President of the Italian Constitutional Court from 28 January 2004 until 13 September of that year. He is the brother of Vladimiro Zagrebelsky, a judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
