Gnaeus Arulenus Caelius Sabinus was a Roman jurist and politician who served as suffect consul in AD 69. A student of the jurist Cassius at the Sabinian school, he became its leader, wrote a commentary on the aedilician edict, and in turn taught the jurist Javolenus Priscus. His career places him in the line of Sabinian school jurists running from its founder Masurius Sabinus through Gaius Cassius Longinus, Javolenus Priscus and eventually Salvius Julianus.
