Gaius Aculeo was a Roman knight of the 1st century BC who married a sister of Helvia, the mother of Cicero, making him an uncle by marriage to the orator. He was regarded in his day as unsurpassed in his knowledge of Roman law and noted for his acuteness of mind, though he was not distinguished in other fields of learning.
