Sir Frank Walters Kitto (1903 to 1994) was an Australian judge who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1950 to 1970, nominated by Prime Minister Robert Menzies. He was the first justice appointed to the court who had been born after Australian Federation, and his judgment in the Communist Party case was noted for upholding the rule of law and constitutional integrity.
