Sir Frank Gavan Duffy (1852 to 1936) was an Australian judge who served as the fourth Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1931 to 1935, following his earlier appointment to the court in 1913. Before his judicial career he was one of Victoria's most prominent barristers.
