Fientje Moerman is a Belgian jurist and former liberal politician who has served as a judge on the Constitutional Court of Belgium since her appointment by royal decree on 18 March 2018, and who currently serves as President of the Court's Dutch-speaking linguistic group. Before her judicial appointment she held cabinet posts including Belgian federal Minister of Economic Affairs, Foreign Trade and Science Policy from 2003 to 2004 and Flemish Deputy Minister-President and Minister of Economy from 2004 to 2007.
