Fali S. Nariman (1929-2024) was an Indian senior advocate before the Supreme Court of India from 1971, internationally recognized as a jurist in international arbitration and a leading voice in India constitutional jurisprudence, who served as Additional Solicitor General of India from 1972 to 1975 and as president of the Bar Association of India from 1991 to 2010.
