Frederick Alexander Mann, also known as Francis Mann, lived from 1907 to 1991 and was a German-born British jurist. He worked as a solicitor in private practice for most of his career, while nonetheless becoming one of the most influential legal scholars of his generation, recognized as a noted authority on international law and the law of money.
