Erdenebalsuren Damdin is a Mongolian jurist specializing in criminal law, including international humanitarian and human rights law, who has served as a judge of the International Criminal Court since 11 March 2024. Born on 7 August 1967, he sat as a justice on Mongolia Supreme Court from around 2012 to 2024, where he handled cases involving genocide reparations and crimes against humanity, before his nomination by Mongolia and appointment to the ICC by the Assembly of States Parties for a nine-year term.
