Elizabeth Odio Benito is a Costa Rican jurist who served as a judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights from 2016 to 2020 and as the Court President from 2018 to 2020. She earlier served as a judge and Vice President of the International Criminal Court and of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and twice as Costa Rica Minister of Justice.
