Diana Sarcu is a Moldovan jurist who has taught international and European public law since 2015 at the University of Political and Economic Studies Constantin Stere, serving as a professor there since 2017, and who has been a focal point for the Council of Europes HELP programme since 2012 and a certified HELP trainer since 2016. She was elected Moldovas judge at the European Court of Human Rights for a nine-year term beginning 6 December 2021, becoming the first woman to hold Moldovas seat on the Court.
