Sir Daryl Michael Dawson (born 1933) is an Australian jurist who served as a Justice of the High Court of Australia from 1982 to 1997, after earlier serving as a legal officer in the Royal Australian Navy and as Solicitor-General of Victoria. He earned the nickname Dissenting Dawson for being the sole dissenting justice in landmark cases including Mabo v Queensland and Commercial Bank of Australia Ltd v Amadio.
