Daniel Reuwen Jositsch (born 1965) is a Swiss jurist who has been a professor of criminal law at the University of Zurich since 2004. Alongside his academic career he has practiced as a Swiss attorney and served in Swiss federal politics, sitting in the National Council from 2007 to 2015 and in the Council of States for the canton of Zurich since 2015. He has also served as president of the Swiss Commercial Association.
