Curtis A. Bradley is an American lawyer and international law scholar who holds the Allen M. Singer Professorship of Law at the University of Chicago Law School, a position he took up in 2021 after teaching at Duke Law School from 2005 to 2021 and the University of Virginia School of Law from 1999 to 2005. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1988 and clerked for Judge David M. Ebel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and for Justice Byron White of the United States Supreme Court. He served as a legal adviser on international law to the United States Department of State in 2004 and was co-editor-in-chief of the American Journal of International Law from 2018 to 2022.
