Canolic Mingorance Cairat is an Andorran judge born on 9 March 1976. She served as an investigating judge (batlle) from 2001 to 2015, worked as an expert on socio-economic issues and organized crime from 2015 to 2018, became a magistrate on 14 September 2018, and presided over the Criminal Court of Appeal from 14 February 2024 to 31 March 2025, alongside work as a legal expert for the Council of Europe from 2004. She was elected by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on 28 January 2025, winning 144 of 167 votes cast, and was sworn in on 31 March 2025 as Andorra's first female judge at the European Court of Human Rights.
