Boris Vasilyevich Kravtsov (born 1922) is a Russian jurist and Soviet official who served as Minister of Justice of the Soviet Union from 1984 to 1989. After graduating from the Moscow Law School in 1947 he worked as a judge in several Soviet regions, was named deputy prosecutor of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in 1960, and became prosecutor of that republic in 1971 before his appointment to the union level justice ministry.
