Bogdan Roman Swieczkowski, born 22 May 1970 in Sosnowiec, is a Polish jurist, lawyer and prosecutor who has served as President of the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland since 9 December 2024, having been appointed a judge of the Tribunal in February 2022 and nominated president by President Andrzej Duda. He previously headed the Internal Security Agency from 2006 to 2007 and served as national prosecutor and first deputy prosecutor general from 2016 to 2022.
