Bakone Justice Moloto is a South African former lawyer, born July 26, 1944. He served as a judge of South Africa's Land Claims Court for about ten years until 2005, ruling on disputes arising from the country's land reform program. From November 17, 2005, to December 31, 2017, he was a judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, sitting as one of three judges in the trial of Ratko Mladic, and he served as a judge of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals from July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2018.
