Anita Usacka, born 26 April 1952 in Riga, Latvia, is a Latvian judge and legal academic who held academic positions at the University of Latvia from 1975 to 2002, rising to full professor, and served as a judge of Latvia's Constitutional Court from 1996 to 2004. She was a judge of the International Criminal Court from 2003 to 2015, sitting first on the Trial Division, then Pre-Trial Chamber I, and finally the Appeals Division, and served as President of the Appeals Division from April 2011 to March 2012 before retiring from the Court in 2015.
