Andrzej Rzeplinski is a Polish lawyer, professor of jurisprudence and human rights expert who served as a judge of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal from 2007 and as its president from 2010 to 2016. He is a member of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights.
