Albert Bathurst Piddington (1862 to 1945) was an Australian lawyer, politician and judge appointed a Justice of the High Court of Australia in 1913, but he resigned within a month amid public criticism of the government's attempt to pack the court, and never sat on the bench. He had earlier been elected to the New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing Tamworth from 1895 to 1898 and later became the inaugural chairman of the Inter-State Commission from 1913 to 1920.
