Alain Marie Juppe, born August 15, 1945, is a French jurist and politician who has served as a member of the Constitutional Council of France since March 12, 2019. He served as Prime Minister of France from 1995 to 1997 under President Jacques Chirac, as Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1993 to 1995 and again in 2011 to 2012, and as Mayor of Bordeaux across two periods between 1995 and 2019.
