Ahmad al-Wansharisi, known fully as Ahmad ibn Yahya al-Wansharisi, was a Berber Muslim theologian and jurist of the Maliki school who died in 1508, around the time of the fall of Granada. He became one of the leading authorities on the legal questions facing Iberian Muslims of that period.
