Aburnius Valens was a Roman jurist of the Sabinian school active during the reigns of Hadrian and Antoninus Pius in the second century AD. He was younger than the jurists Javolenus Priscus and Salvius Julianus, whom he outlived, and he is thought to have sat on the consilium of Antoninus Pius. Fragments of his legal writing survive because later compilers excerpted his work into Justinian's Digest.
